Generators and UPS Maintenance

A planned program of UPS and Generator Maintenance should always be considered as essential to any standby power protection system. We keep stock of essential spares and offer customized maintenance contracts tailored to meet the needs of each customer. Modes of support are by way of

  • Telephone support
  • General maintenance and services scheduled monthly, quarterly, bi annual or yearly as necessary
  • Timely response to general and emergency service calls
    Workshop repairs
  • Remote monitoring via GSM and IP networks.
  • Technical service cars for timely attendance to reported faults

Our standard response time is 6 hours with 24 hours hotline support. In the event of a fault, support engineer/technician will attend the site within a specified time period to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
